Just a super dealership. Took my Kawasaki Mule Pro FX in for the two recalls on the steering shaft and heat shield/airbox. They had contacted me and and asked if I could bring it in on on a Tuesday morning for the recalls but I took it in a Monday afternoon unannounced because I was going to be tied up Tuesday. I told them no hurry on getting it done, but apparently they got it done that same day, because I was called about 2 1/2 hours later and said it was done and ready for pickup. I was really surprised. Everything was done right and I couldn't be happier. I inspected the work done and couldn't find fault with anything they did. Well, again, Jerry Covington and the staff at Sport Cycles made it as easy as it gets to buy yet my 7th motorcycle since 1999. Their no hassle, rock bottom pricing and fair trade allowance make it really impossible to want to go anywhere else. I got the same old run around "I had to pull strings to get you that number" which was considerably less than here, as always. I didn't buy into the "lifestyle"........ We passed a couple from Maine who ended up pulling in behind us and bought a new F6B. I doubt I'm able to buy another bike soon after 4 in the last 15 months, but you can bet I'll be back one day! I purchased a new 2013 V Strom 650 Adventure from you guys. I just wanted to say that Keith and all of the staff at Sport Cycles were great to work with. I could have purchased locally in Charlotte but your price was much better and after talking with Keith the deal was sealed. Keith worked with me on the extensive accessory list and kept me updated on the install progress. On delivery day the bike was ready, they installed my aftermarket SW Motech GPS mount, gave me instructions on the bike that I really needed since I was coming from a Harley and answered all of my questions. The service staff was excellent and the service manager spent about an hour with me going over the bike. There was a issue with the top box lock and the next day UPS arrived at my house with a replacement keyed lock. The lady that does the tags and registration was great, answered all of my questions and was just fun to chat with. I really appreciate the 15 off card on accessories, It will get some use I am sure. I will be buying all of my future bikes from you guys, awesome customer service.

I purchased a 2006 Yamaha VStar 1100 with a trike kit in June 2012. A few days after the purchase a fuse blew. My husband replaced the fuse and it blew again. After replacing it again I called Sportcycles and was told to bring it in. After looking over the bike they could not get the fuse to blow, but said if we had any more trouble to bring it in. The fuse did blow again and I called Sportcycles again. Mr. Jerry told me that they would fix the problem if they had to replace every wire. We took the trike to them and within a day they found the problem and repaired it. I was very impressed with Sportcycle staff and their concern over the problems with my trike.

Just bought a 2012 Kawasaki Concours 14 from these wonderful people. No pressure, just plain old nice! I have to drive about 100 miles to get to this place and will be back without hesitation. I only have one suggestion: Could you folks please open a branch somewhere closer to my house!!! Pretty please!

HI KEITH, JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS FOR THE SALE. MY FRIEND AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW QUICKLY AND SMOOTH THE WHOLE TRANSACTION WAS. YOUR ENTIRE SHOP WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. IT WAS IN ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

So there I was surfing the internet from Afghanistan looking at different sites for a new bike. I found a listing on eBay and thought the price could not be correct because it was too low! So, I sent an email inquiring about the price. In a few hours I had a response and it was all true. This was the OUT THE DOOR price. NO ADDITIONAL FEES. I had to jump on it from there. I called them on the phone, yes still in Afghanistan, and they said all they would need to order the bike was a deposit and could take it on PayPal. OMG, how easy were they going to make this deal? This wasn't a leftover model....they had to order it from the manufacturer. I came home and gave them a call saying I would be there in 2 days. I walked in after the 3 hour drive (worth it to save $3000 from what the local dealer wanted) and there was my shiny new bike sitting on the sales floor with a sign asking people not to sit on bike. I was in an out of the dealership in 45 min! I had a trade in they needed to evaluate. They didn't stiff me on the trade it either. When people ask me where I got my bike I proudly tell them Sport Cycles of Rockingham! I would do business with them again any time, from any location since I literally bought the bike from half way around the world.

I visited many Kawasaki dealers in North Carolina looking to buy a 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 classic LT before ending up at Sports Cycle. I was introduced to Jeff and expected the high pressure sales talk only to find I was wrong. Jeff was very personable and answered my questions to the fullest. He quoted the price motorcycle and explained that his price was the best deal around. Hi folks. I hope this gets to the boss. I just wanted to thank you all for the sale of my new Voyager. Trying to save a few bucks, I did the searching and found you guys on CycleTrader as well as an Ebay listing for the same bike. I would have preferred not to make a 600 mile journey to your store, but I truly saved $1000 when all was done. The closest anyone in Florida could come to your price was in St Augustine for $1500 more, out the door. So it was worth it to me. Plus I got some good trailering experience. In checking with several dealers here, they all said there's no way you'd sell me the bike for that price and that there would be several add-on fees to jack it up once I got there. No such thing ever happened. Your employee, who loaded the bike on the trailer said that's a common story that other dealers tell. This was the best purchase experiance I have ever had with a dealer of any type motor vehicle. My 2010 Honda GoldWing was as it was described and ordered. They were prepared for me when I arrived and delivered the bike as ordered including all accessories. I had the most trouble finding a honda 420tm until i was told about sport cycles in rockingham. It was well worth the hour & a half drive. In the future i plan on doing all my business with them & will deff. refer them to all my friends & family. Keep up the good work

I have just returned from SPORTCYCLES OF ROCKINGHAM with my "EIGHTH" new motorcycle from this dealer. This one is a 2010 HONDA GOLD WING model. I live in upstate NEW YORK near ALBANY. Once I discovered SportCyles and how they treat customers and how they give you the absolute best deal I knew I would return. There are no surprises when you buy your bike, scooter, or ATV at this dealer. You are quoted an OUT THE DOOR price with no add ons like other dealers do. If you pay cash there is not even a documentation fee. You might see a price close to Sport Cycles on EBAY but as you "scroll down" you will see that the price of the competiton is a "fake". Other dealers add in $595 for freight and setup and $195 documentation fees. Sport Cycles does not play that game. I have made seven trips to pick up eight bikes so far (one trip I was able to get two sport bikes in my truck). Before you settle for another dealer, its in your best interest to call KEITH or JEFF and make your deal over the phone. The staff at Sport Cycles make your buying experience worth the trip. From start to finish excellence! Called and got Jeff on the phone for sales. He was like talking to family! The side of the family you like that is!! :-) Roger met us and moved us directly to Laura (very kind and professional person) in finance who got our information and Chris took over showing us the Goldwing. These guys are the absolute best! I would list them all by name but I'm scared I would leave someone off. This was my first street bike, my husband was reluctant, but I knew exactly what I wanted, and they were very patient with helping me find it and get it. They always have time to answer my questions and give suggestions for what I might need and the best part is, I have yet to pay what they tell me something will cost. I always pay less!

I purchased a klx 110 for my son in sept. for xmas. It took about 2 hours from start to finish including the drive to p/u the bike. Great job guys

The service here was great I did not have to wait. I was able to call ahead and easily put down a deposit when I came in to pick it up it was ready. You guys had the cheaps price around I drive all the way from Monroe NC just to get a great deal. I was able to get the four-wheeler I wanted and the color I wanted with any problems. Dudes, I have dealt with Jeff more than once when buying a Honda. The last bike was bought in May of 06. After looking around for a few months I was able to find the VTX 1800 that I was looking for. When in Daytona for bike week of 06 ,we were hanging on main street one night. Walking along a rear fender from an N model that was parking on the sidewalk almost jumped out and hit me(hit me in the eyes that is),and I could hardly wait to locate one. Seeing a few at other dealers that were black in color wasnt what I wanted. After calling Jeff he told me he had a Titanium in stock,and we made arrangements for me to pick it up that afternoon. Needless to say that this is the best,sharpest and quickest Honda that I have ever owned. Makes me glad to have been with Honda for the past 15 years anyway. This was the fastest and easiest purchase ever. I submitted the financing application online, got approved in about and hour, picked out the bike I wanted and that was it. They had to locate the bike for me because they did not have the color in stock so the next day they had it delivered and all accessories installed when I got there. Signed the finance paperwork in about 20 minutes they were loading my bike onto the trailer to take home. After purchasing many vehicles and having to waste hours at car dealerships haggling, this experience was unbelieveable. I would send anyone looking for a motorcycle, ATV, or motorbike to see Keith

This is the best bike dealer I've ever dealt with and I've had a lot of bikes from Hondas to Harleys and BMW's. I don't like surprises and there were no surprises here when I picked up my bike. Dudes, I have dealt with Jeff more than once when buying a Honda. The last bike was bought in May of 06. After looking around for a few months I was able to find the VTX 1800 that I was looking for. When in Daytona for bike week of 06 ,we were hanging on main street one night. Walking along a rear fender from an N model that was parking on the sidewalk almost jumped out and hit me(hit me in the eyes that is),and I could hardly wait to locate one. Seeing a few at other dealers that were black in color wasnt what I wanted. After calling Jeff he told me he had a Titanium in stock,and we made arrangements for me to pick it up that afternoon. Needless to say that this is the best,sharpest and quickest Honda that I have ever owned. Makes me glad to have been with Honda for the past 15 years anyway. This was the fastest and easiest purchase ever. I submitted the financing application online, got approved in about and hour, picked out the bike I wanted and that was it. They had to locate the bike for me because they did not have the color in stock so the next day they had it delivered and all accessories installed when I got there. Signed the finance paperwork in about 20 minutes they were loading my bike onto the trailer to take home. After purchasing many vehicles and having to waste hours at car dealerships haggling, this experience was unbelieveable. I would send anyone looking for a motorcycle, ATV, or motorbike to see Keith.

There is only one place to buy a Honda, Kawasaki, or Suzuki motorcycle...Sport Cycles in Rockingham, NC! I have purchased several new bikes through them and have consistently beaten every other dealer I contacted in both out-the-door pricing and trade-in value. This is the best bike dealer I've ever dealt with and I've had a lot of bikes from Hondas to Harleys and BMW's. I don't like surprises and there were no surprises here when I picked up my bike. Everything was exactly as Keith said it would be. Everyone was pleasant and couldn't do enough for me. When I look for another bike I will certainly give Sport cycles of Rockingham a call.

I would like to personally thank the people at Sport Cycles for making the purchase of my 2006 Honda Goldwing such a great transaction. I was told about Sport Cycles from a co-worker who purchased from there a short time ago, and he suggested that I give them a try, and I did. Keith, and Laura were great to work with. Through them we were able to work out the majority of the transaction over the phone. So when I came in, I was only at the dealership for about 45 minutes. I had a concern that when I walked in the door, the numbers that we discussed would be changed,(as they always do at most dealerships) but nothing changed.
